A lovely tart curd, rounded with a sweet buttery taste. This recipe was gifted to me with love. My mother in law gave me this lemon curd recipe because her son loves it and she wanted me to keep him happy. What is they say “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Cooking food for a man is a good way to win his affections.”

My mother in law served my Happy Hubby's angel food Birthday cake with the sauce warm and he loved it that why! So I guess either way works!
