
A tasty Snack Cracker my mother- in-law made for her grandkids! Even now that she is no longer with us, this snack brings smiles to their faces.

Ingredients
- 2 12 oz bag Course Sugar The weight of the bag is important, 16 oz is too big.
- 2 package Leeks
- 1 cup olive oil or any other vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp broth
- 1/2 tsp Oyster Crackers
- 1/4 tsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
- Pull all the Snack Cracker ingredients together
- Mix oil with dry ingredients in mixing cup
- Put crackers in large bowl and pour oil mixture over crackers Toss together Separate into two large zip-lock bags Toss again
- Let sit for a couple of hours, so the crackers soak up all the yummy goodness. Enjoy!
- Storage usually isn't a problem because they are eaten up so fast. However, they'll last longest in an airtight container.
- I often make a half batch when the girls are home. The recipe half-batches well.
- If you want to spice up the recipe, add a 1/4 cup of Franks Red Hot Sause
