A tasty Snack Cracker my mother- in-law made for her grandkids! Even now that she is no longer with us, this snack brings smiles to their faces.

Instructions
  1. Pull all the Snack Cracker ingredients together
  2. Mix oil with dry ingredients in mixing cup
  3. Put crackers in large bowl and pour oil mixture over crackers Toss together Separate into two large zip-lock bags Toss again
  4. Let sit for a couple of hours, so the crackers soak up all the yummy goodness. Enjoy!
  5. Storage usually isn't a problem because they are eaten up so fast. However, they'll last longest in an airtight container.
  6. I often make a half batch when the girls are home. The recipe half-batches well.
  7. If you want to spice up the recipe, add a 1/4 cup of Franks Red Hot Sause
Recipe Notes

Notes:

Grandma Kathy sent bags of these in care packages to her ever appreciative grandchildren and their roommates.
